# Insurance and Compensation

1. For every successful funding or transaction, 5% is allocated to the insurance fund.
2. If a developer fails to meet their obligations and the project is deemed non-viable, the insurance fund may be used to partially compensate investors.
3. The compensation amount, timelines, and decision-making mechanisms are governed by the platform's rules (or a specific insurance smart contract).
